Pinot Grigio is harvested at the end of August and immediately vinified. Verduzzo is harvested at the end of September and dried for three weeks. After 36 hours of cryomaceration, Verduzzo is fermented in stainless steel tanks. It is then blended with Pinot Grigio and made into spumante using the Charmat method.

Grape varieties: Pinot Grigio 80%, Verduzzo 20%
Tasting: Aromas of fruit and citrus with delicate floral notes. This sparkling wine features crisp acidity and a mellow flavor. It has a well-balanced body and a long finish.

Pairing: Each variety is harvested when fully ripe. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a constant temperature (16-18℃) for 20 days. After aging for 2 months in medium-toasted French oak barrels with weekly bâtonnage, it undergoes at least one month of bottle aging sur lie.
