Lake Garda, located between Milan and Venice in northern Italy, is the largest lake in Italy.

This wine is made from Trebbiano di Lugana (Turbiana) grapes grown in the plains and hills on the southern shore of the lake.

It is a firm wine with acidity and minerality, fresh, flavorful, and has a pleasant, appetite-stimulating saline mineral finish.

Classification: Lugana DOC

Grape variety: 100% Trebbiano di Lugana (Turbiana)

Tasting notes: Aromas of pineapple and citrus fruits continue through to the taste.
It is a lively, fruity dry wine with a hint of oiliness on the finish.

Winemaking: After soft pressing, the must is cooled.
After clarification, selected yeasts are added and fermentation takes place under controlled temperatures of 14°C to 19°C.
The wine is aged on its lees in stainless steel tanks for approximately 4 months.

Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif, with appetizers, and fish dishes.
