Tasting: A wine made from Manzoni Bianco grapes harvested from organic vineyards in Fagare and San Polo di Piave. It has a greenish straw color. It has the elegant aromas typical of Manzoni Bianco. The aromas of yellow peach, acacia, lime peel, and aromatic herbs develop into mineral and saline notes with age.Fresh, lively, and elegant on the palate, characterized by a well-balanced acidity.

Winemaking: Grapes are hand-picked in early September, gently pressed for an extended period, fermented in concrete tanks, then transferred to barrels. Aged on lees until March, followed by a minimum of one year of bottle aging.

Pairing: Seafood dishes, including crustaceans, white meat dishes, salami, and cheese with herbs.
