This series is a collaboration between grapes harvested from the vineyards of the Counts Serego Alighieri, descendants of Dante Alighieri, the father of the Italian language and supreme poet, whose lineage spans over 650 years, and Masi Agricola's expertise. It's a unique white wine blending Sauvignon fermented for 3 months in Allier barriques and Garganega fermented in 200hl stainless steel tanks. The wine harmonizes the floral and fruity aromas derived from Sauvignon with the delicate and elegant taste of Garganega.

Classification: Bianco del Veneto IGT

Grape varieties: Garganega 75%, Sauvignon Blanc 25%

Tasting notes: Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. The distinctive aroma of Sauvignon and refined woody notes are harmoniously balanced with the delicate fruitiness and long finish characteristic of Garganega. It is dry and smooth with a firm structure. Over time, it gains complexity, and the sophisticated, spicy notes characteristic of Sauvignon become more pronounced.

Winemaking method: Each varietal is fermented separately using selected yeasts. Sauvignon is fermented for 15 days after skin removal. Garganega, on the other hand, undergoes 12 hours of skin contact before fermenting for 20 days. Sauvignon is aged in Allier oak barrels for 3 months until blending. After blending, it is bottle-aged for a minimum of 2 months.

Pairing: As an aperitif, with appetizers, seafood, chicken dishes, pizza, etc.
