Winemaking: Grapes are destemmed and undergo a short maceration, then crushed. After soft pressing, the must is clarified by decantation. After fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, it ages on its lees for 6 months. Minimum 2 months of bottle aging.

Pairing: As an aperitif, with asparagus, vegetable soup, marinated seafood, creamed beans, etc.
